Wentworth Miller is a British-American actor, screenwriter and fashion model. He played “Michael Schofield” on the Fox TV series Prison Break. His film credits include Underworld (2003), Resident Evil: Afterlife (2013) and The Attic (2014). Earl Miller III of Wentworth was born on 2 June 1972 in Chipping Norton, England. His mother Joy Marie was a teacher and his father Wentworth was a lawyer. He has two younger sisters, Leigh and Gillian. Miller grew up in Brooklyn, New York, and attended Midwood High School. He continued his studies at Quaker Valley High School in Pennsylvania and then at Princeton University in New Jersey. He graduated in 1995 with a BA in English.

Miller moved to Los Angeles, California in 1995 to pursue acting. His TV debut was an episode of the 1998 series Buffy the Vampire Slayer. He appeared in 3 episodes of “Time of Your Life” and 1 episode of “ER”. His first starring role was “David Scott” in the Disney Channel miniseries Dinotopia (2002). Miller played a younger version of Anthony Hopkins in the drama “The Human Stain” (2003). He had a small role in the action horror film The Underworld (2003) starring Kate Beckinsale. He voiced the evil robot jet “EDI” in the sci-fi action film Stealth (2005). He appeared in the music videos for Mariah Carey’s 2005 singles “It’s Like That” and “We Belong Together”.

Miller played “Michael Schofield” opposite Dominic Purcell on the TV series “Prison Break.” The show premiered on Fox on August 29, 2005. He was nominated for a Golden Globe Award for Best Actor in a TV Series in 2005. Miller co-starred in “Chris Redfield” in “Resident Evil: Afterlife” (2010) and “The Attic” (2014). He made cameo appearances as “Leonard Snart” aka “Captain Cold” in “The Flash” and “DC Legends of Tomorrow.” His screenwriting credits include Stoker (2013) and The Disappointments Room (2016).
