Trevor John Simian was born on December 26, 1991, in Danbury, Connecticut, to parents Colleen and Walter. He has an older brother named Todd. Semian played three seasons at the quarterback position with the Olympia Titans. He led Orange County with 6,144 passing yards and 53 touchdowns in three seasons.
