Trappa MadeIt is an American producer and rapper from Asheville, North Carolina. He is best known for his songs “Fortunate”, “So in love” and “Stormin”, including Youngboy Never Broke Again and Moneybagg Yo. His records include full-length projects Trappa be trap’N (2013), Tha blackout (2014) and Already Rich (2018). In 2015, Trapa became the spotlight on the producer of the year for legendary Atlanta DJ Holiday.
Trapa was born on November 15, 1987 to Charles Rehir II. His mother died when he was 12 years old. He was raised by his father and stepmother. After growing up, Trapa often changed schools. Charles Hill, better known today as Trappa MadeIt, was born on November 15, 1987 to his parents Lillie Griffith and Charles Hill Sr.. He and his sister Kandice grew up in the rugged west of Asheville, North Carolina, in Deaverview apt. After their mother died, Trapa moved to Columbia University in South Carolina with his father and sister, where his father will remarry. His new family includes stepmother Carol and step brothers Celia and Marcus. The family later moved to a small town called Clermont on the outskirts of Orlando, Florida. At the age of 17, Trapa was homeless on the streets of Orlando, Florida, a devastating blow for two years.
After jumping from the cardboard box/city to the city, Trapa somehow returned to his hometown of Asheville, North Carolina. Still homeless at the time, he decided to apply for public housing. He has never forgotten his music and passion, continues to write and hone his skills, while using the surroundings to inspire his skills. In 2010, public housing in Trapa became available. He moved into the notorious residential area Pisgah Landscape Apartment. Like others in these communities, he has become accustomed to the life of street scammers. Soon after, he realized that he did have potential and could do more.
Trapa immediately corrected his behavior and quickly returned to school. He is able to develop his business skills and money management strategies. In 2013, he took a big step towards his dream and began to chase his passion for music. Trapa was funded in his own way by becoming a real estate tycoon.
