Who is Kim Doyeon?
Kim Doyeon was born in Incheon, South Korea on December 4, 1999, singer and stage name Doyeon. She is a contestant on the reality show “Produce 101”, which makes her a member of the girl group IOI. After the group disbanded, she became a member of Weki Meki under the entertainment company Fantagio.

Cooperation with IOI and Disbandment
Although several other participants of the show had previous experience in similar competitions, she still achieved success in the competition. As the winner of the competition, IOI will release an extended play (EP) and will host a reality show on Mnet. Their pre-debut song “Crush” was released shortly after their establishment, which resulted in their first album “Chrysalis”, which contains the title song “Dream Girls”.
Then they made their debut on the show “M Countdown”, but later this year, two of the members left to collaborate with their companies on their respective projects.
