That same year, the 6-foot-10, 275-pound Mane also co-starred in a musical comedy about wrestling at Lyceum Space in San Diego for the comedy show’s main event. Mane’s enormous size and expertise in karate made him a natural choice to play Wolverine’s nemesis Saber-toothed Tiger in the big-screen version of Marvel Comics’ X-Men. He then had a small role in the 2001 David Spade comedy The Adventures of Joe Dett. His television credits include a guest starring role in the Howard Stern Productions hit “Baywatch” parody “Sons of the Beach.” His role as vicious mutant Victor Creed/Saber-toothed Tiger in the summer blockbuster X-Men brought Mane to global exposure. He has since gone on to star in films such as Troy (2004) with Brad Pitt and The Gunners (2010) with Paul Gross. Mane has wrestled around the world with the World Wrestling Federation (UWF) and World Championships of Wrestling (WCW). In 1994, he became the MGM Grand Champion at UWF Las Vegas.
