Sylvester Stallone is an American actor, screenwriter, director and producer. He is best known for starring roles in “Rocky Balboa” and “John Rambo.” He was born on July 6, 1946 in New York City. He was paralyzed on the lower left side of his face due to a ruptured nerve at birth. He attended Miami-Dade College and the University of Miami, but dropped out to pursue acting.

Stallone made his debut in the 1970 adult film Kitty and Stud’s Party. Before he shot to fame with the release of Rocky in 1976, he had a few small film roles.
