Shane McMahon is an American business executive and former professional wrestler. He is the Vice Chairman of YOU On Demand and a minority shareholder of WWE. Shane was born on January 15, 1970 in Gaithersburg, Maryland, to Vince and Linda McMahon. He attended Greenwich High School and Boston University successively. He graduated with a bachelor’s degree in business communication in 1996.

McMahon joined WWE as a teenager and was responsible for processing merchandise orders. He later served as a referee and was appointed as the head of the office of Global Media in 1998. McMahon wrestling under the stage name Shane-O Mac, is known for performing actions such as “Leap of Faith” and “Coast to Coast”. He is a one-time champion of the European Championships and Hardcore Championships. He has managed several other wrestlers, including The Rock, Big Show and Kurt Angle. After retiring in 2010, McMahon returned to WWE on February 22, 2016. He plans to succeed the mourners in WrestleMania 32.
