Most of Sergei Tsikalyuk’s net worth comes from VSK, a Russian commercial insurance company he founded in 1992. Born Sergei Alekseyevich Tsikalyuk on March 1, 1959 in Sakhalin, Russia, graduated from the Military Academy and Military Academy.
