Sergey Popov Net Worth: Sergey Popov is a Russian entrepreneur who has a net worth of $5.5 billion. He was born Sergei Viktorovich Popov in 1971 and his assets are from the MDM Industrial Group. After graduating from the Ural Polytechnic Institute with a degree in electrical engineering, Popov joined the Ural-Siberian Commercial and Industrial Company in 1993.
Three years later, they founded the MDM business Concern with Andrei Melnichenko. Initially, Popov was a partner and business manager of the firm, but soon in 2000 he became a founding member of the MDM Industrial Group.
