Ryan Phillippe is an American actor, director and writer. He is known for films such as “I Know What You Did Last Summer” (1997), “Our Father’s Banner” (2006) and “Boom Club” (2010). His TV credits include One Life to Live, Damages and Shooter. Matthew Ryan Phillippe was born on September 10, 1974 in Newcastle, Delaware. His mother, Susan, worked in a nursery and his father, Richard, was a chemical technician. He has 3 sisters, Katelyn, Kirsten and Lindsay. Philip attended Newcastle Christian College. He is a graduate of the Barbizon Modeling and Acting program in Wilmington, Delaware. He also holds a black belt in Taekwondo.
