Roy Price worked as a film set assistant from 1989 to 1990, and served as the third assistant camera on the film Return to the Blue Lagoon. He is also a financial analyst at Allen & Company. From 1993 to 2000, Price served as Vice President of Creative Affairs for Disney Television Animation. During this time, he helped develop or supervise several TV series including Recess, Pepper Ann, Hercules, Timon & Pumbaa, Buzz Lightyear of Star Command, The Weekenders and The Teacher’s Pet. From 2004 to 2009, he was Group Product Manager and Director and was on Amazon Video on Demand. From 2009 to 2014, he was director of Amazon Video on Demand, becoming head of Amazon Studios and vice president of Prime Video in 2014. Price resigned in 2017 amid allegations of sexual misconduct.
