Sherman was disbanded from the team in 2018.
San Francisco 49ers
Only one day after his release from the Seahawks, Sherman agreed to sign a three-year, $39 million contract with the San Francisco 49ers. His season was not good, and he was fined $10,000 for throwing a punch at an opponent player. The following season was even more successful, when Sherman scored in the 49ers’ first interception and touchdown.
