Raven-Symone is an American actress, comedian, singer, songwriter and producer. Her acting credits include “That’s a Raven,” “The Cosby Show” and the Broadway play “Sister Act.” She has released 4 studio albums, 2 EPs and several music videos. Raven-Symone Christina Pearman was born on December 10, 1985 in Atlanta, Georgia. Her parents are Lydia and Christopher Pearman. She has a younger brother named Blaise. Raven-Symone attended North Springs High School in Atlanta. She studied fine arts at the Art University of San Francisco.

Raven-Symone debuted as a child star at the age of 2. She has appeared in advertisements for brands including Jell-O, Cool Whip and Fisher-Price. She played “Georgia Chamberlain” in Georgia State (2011) and voiced the character “Monique” in Kim May (2002-07). Raven-Symone’s film credits include The Princess Diaries 2 (2004) with Anne Hathaway, and Martin Lawrence’s College Road Trip (2008). In 2015, she became the co-host of the ABC talk show “The View.”

In addition to performing, Raven-Symone is a recording artist and songwriter. She signed to MCA Records in 1992, followed by her debut studio album, Here’s to New Dreams, in 1993. The album sold over 70,000 copies and featured the single “That’s What Little Girls Are Made Of” with Missy Elliott. Raven-Symone’s second album “Undeniable” was released in 1999. Her third album This Is My Time (2004) was released by Hollywood Records and reached number 51 on the Billboard 200.
