Russ is an American rapper, singer/songwriter and music producer from Atlanta, Georgia. He became famous with the Billboard Hot 100 singles “What they Want” and “Losin Control”. His recordings include the platinum certified album “There Is Really a Wolf” (2017). The second project Zoo was launched in September 2018. Russ worked with Jessie Reyez and PnB Rock among others. He belongs to the rap group “Diemon Crew”.

Russell “Russ” Vitale was born on September 26, 1992 in Secaucus, New Jersey. The family lived briefly in North Carolina, followed by Kentucky. They eventually settled in Georgia. Russ attended Roswell High School and then at Kennesaw State University. He dropped out of school to focus on his music career.

Russ’ second studio album Zoo was released in September 2018. It gave birth to the singles “The Flute Song”, “Missin You Crazy” and “Serious”. Snoop Dogg and Rick Ross guest perform. Russ has more than 100,000 listeners every month on Spotify. His official YouTube channel has more than 1 billion views. His popularity expanded to Instagram, Facebook and Twitter.
