Randy Thomas was born in East Point, Georgia in 1976 and played college football at Mississippi State University. The offensive lineman was selected by the New York Jets with the 57th overall pick in the second round of the 1999 NFL Draft.
He played with the Jets from 1999 to 2002 before joining the Washington Redskins from 2003 to 2009. Thomas suffered a serious injury while playing against the Redskins.
