Quentin Tarantino is an American screenwriter, director and producer known for his violent and unpredictable films. He was born on March 27, 1963 in Knoxville, Tennessee, but moved to California when he was four years old. He dropped out of Narbonne High School and then took acting classes at the James Best Theatre Company. He worked for five years at Video Archives, a video rental store in Manhattan Beach, California.
