Niaron is an American film and television actress. She rose to fame in the “Fresh Prince of Bel Air” and “Third Watch” series. Her film credits include Love Jones (1997), Big Momma’s House (2000) and Are We There Yet? (2005). Lang was born Nitara Karin Lang on October 30, 1970 in Brooklyn, New York. Her parents, Talita and Doughtry, are educators. She has a half-sister named Somor. Long spent her early childhood in Iowa City, Iowa, and moved to Los Angeles when she was seven. Dragon has won 3 NAACP Image Awards and a Black Scroll Award. She was nominated for a BET Comedy Award for Outstanding Supporting Actress for the film Alfie (2004). Long is a PETA supporter. Back in 2009, she posed nude for their “I’d rather be naked than in fur” ad campaign.
