Born in Minsk on June 3, 1972, he started working with business in the early 1990s, when he was a student at Moscow State University.
At the time, he mainly imported food from Bulgaria. Since 1993 he has had the opportunity to work as a senior manager in many Russian companies, especially in the fuel and power industries. In the mid-2000s, he acquired several engineering and construction companies, eventually merging them into his E4 group.
