Mike started acting at the age of 12 when he was spotted lining up at a school carnival. He made his roles in the film “Diplomatic Immunity” and the TV series “Brooklyn Bridge” in 1991.
In 1993, he starred in the film Sunset Grill and played Benjamin Franklin Rodriguez in the film The Sandlot Kids. In 1994, Vital played Luis Mendoza in the film D2: The Mighty Duck.
