Early life and career
Jagger was born on 26 July 1943 in Dartford, Kent. He has a younger brother, Chris, who is also a musician. Jagger’s father and grandfather were teachers, and he grew up following in their footsteps. Jagger was a childhood friend of Keith Richards, and the two attended Wentworth Elementary School together. They were even neighbors until the Richards family moved in 1954.
