Mary Hart is an American television personality who has a net worth of $100 million. This is the net worth of her producer husband Burt Sugarman. She is best known for hosting the gossip and entertainment mix “Entertainment Tonight” from 1982 to 2011.
Mary Hart was born on November 8, 1950 in Madison, South Dakota. In 1976, she was employed by Oklahoma City’s KTVY (now KFOR-TV), where she co-hosted a show called Dannysday with Danny Williams. She is also a sales representative for a school yearbook company.
In 1979, she decided to give up journalism and moved to the Westwood neighborhood of Los Angeles with $10,000 in the bank. Hart had a small role in the daytime soap opera Days of Us, as well as in TV commercials. Nearly broke, she became the co-host of the Los Angeles version of Syndicate PM Magazine. There it was announced that Hart had broken the Guinness World Record for “longest-serving entertainment news presenter.” On May 20, 2011, Hart quit the show after 29 years with ET. Mary has been married to television producer Burt Sugarman since 1989. They have a son together. The couple is often seen at Los Angeles Dodgers games, sitting behind home plate.

They also own two properties in the exclusive Yellowstone Club, one that was listed for $8 million in 2018 (but never sold), and a 160-acre ranch that was listed for $23 million in 2013 price to sell.
