He won the AT&T Pebble Beach National Pro-Am again in 1992 and 1997. In 1995, Mark won the Honda Classic and the Bell Canadian Open. He won the Mercedes Championship and the Greater Greensboro Chrysler Classic in 1996. In 1997, he won the Buick Invitational, and his best year came in 1998 when he won the Masters and the British Open. That year, he was named PGA Player of the Year and PGA Tour Player of the Year. From 1986 to 2000, O’Meara spent nearly 200 weeks in the top 10 of the Official World Golf Rankings. O’Meara, who represented the United States, also won the Alfred Dunhill Cup, Ryder Cup, Presidents Cup and the World Cup. He started playing on the Champions Tour in 2007.
