Marc D’Antonio Net Worth: Marc D’Antonio is an American college football coach and former player who has a net worth of $14 million. Born in El Paso, Texas in 1965, Marc Dantonio played college football as a defensive back for the University of South Carolina Cockfights from 1976 to 1978.

Dantonio graduated from the school in 1979 and received a master’s degree from Ohio University a year later. Dantonio began his college coaching career in 1980 while earning a master’s degree. He worked at the school as a graduate assistant until he spent one season as a graduate assistant at Purdue University. He later coached at Butler Community College, Ohio State University, Akron, Youngstown State University and Kansas State. In 1995, he was the defensive backs coach for the Michigan State University Spartans. He remained in East Lansing until 2000 when he was hired as the Buckeyes’ defensive coordinator. Dantonio held that role until 2003, when he spent two seasons as head coach at the University of Cincinnati. Following his success with the Pandas, the Spartans named Dantonio their head coach in 2007, a position that lasted until the 2014 season. Dantonio amassed an overall record of 91-48 as head coach and was 4-4 in bowl games before the 2014 playoffs. To date, he has won two Big Ten championships in 2010 and 2013, and has won the Big Ten Coach of the Year award twice in both seasons. Dantonio has two children with his wife, Becky, whom he married in 1990.
