He started his professional photography career at the age of 6, appearing in various roles in commercials and on TV. In the early ’50s, he started adding film roles to his resume. As a child, he worked on projects such as “The Ruggles”, “The Range Rider”, “Father Knows Best”, “Hans Christian Anderson” and “Apache”. In 1955, he became one of the original Musketeers of the “Mickey Mouse Club”. After the show, he went on to graduate from UCLA, where he earned undergraduate and graduate degrees in theater arts. Then, he completed his Ph.D. in English literature. He has since returned to acting full-time and continues to work steadily as an actor, director, choreographer and writer for theatre, television and film to this day.
