Lee Boo-Jin Net Worth: Lee Boo-Jin is a South Korean businesswoman with a net worth of $1.5 billion. Like her father, Li Baozhen, the eldest daughter of Samsung Group Chairman Li Jianxi, has extraordinary entrepreneurial skills and is sometimes called “Little Li Jianxi”.
A graduate of Yonsei University, Lee Boo-Jin first joined the Samsung Foundation in 1995, and six years later took a management position at The Shilla Hotel, which was set up by Samsung Group founder Lee Byung-chull. By 2012, she had also successfully opened her first Louis Vuitton boutique at the duty-free shop at Incheon International Airport in South Korea. This feat earned Li Fuzhen the right to manage the duty-free shop at Singapore’s Changi Airport. In 2013, she went on to open multiple cosmetic stores under the Sweet May name in Macau and Hong Kong. Lee Boo-Jin’s biggest asset is an 8.4 percent stake in the family company Samsung Everland, estimated to be around $900 million. In addition, she holds stakes in several Samsung affiliates, as well as a 4.2% stake in IT service provider Samsung SDS, valued at $250 million. Her sister, Lee Seo-hyun, also joined the billionaire club. She is president of Everland and is the same shareholder of Everland and SDS.
