Kushal Pal Singh Net Worth: Kushal Pal Singh is an Indian real estate tycoon with a net worth of $4.8 billion. Born on November 15, 1931 in Bulandshahar, India to Kushal Pal Singh Teotia (aka KP Singh), he is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of DLF Limited, a major Indian real estate developer.
A graduate of Meerut College, he pursued aeronautical engineering in the United Kingdom, and soon he was selected for the Indian Army by the British Officers Service Selection Committee. However, it was not until 1979 that KP Singh became the Managing Director of DLF Universal Limited after the merger with his previous company, American Universal Electric Company. Later, he made DLF the largest real estate company in the world, also known as DLF City in Gurgaon, covering more than 10,000 acres. In addition, Singh is the Chairman and Director of 31 private companies operating in different sectors of the economy. Recently, the real estate tycoon released an autobiography titled “Everything Goes Well: The Incredible Story Behind DLF”. Apart from living an extremely luxurious lifestyle, KP Singh has also received many awards for his contribution to society.
