Harrow in May 1976 in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. He is considered one of the best hip-hop producers in Canada and is known as the country’s hip-hop ambassador.
His hip-hop style is influenced by reggae and dancehall. He has been a member of the hip hop underground and a member of The Circle since the 90s. He released independent singles, as well as his debut album Eye & I. In 2000, Offishhall signed with MCA Records.
