Kamaiyah is an American rapper, singer, and former member of The Big Money Gang (BMG). She is best known for her debut mixtape, Goodnight in the Slums (2016). Her singles include “How Does it Feel” and “Break You Down”. Kamaiyah Jamesha Johnson was born on March 13, 1995 in Oakland, California. She attended Hayward High School in Hayward, California. Before music, she was a security guard.

Her next feature was the track “Petty” from E-40’s D-Boy Diary (Deluxe Edition). She also made guest appearances on Stunna June’s “Money Like This” and Lil Yachty’s “All Around Me.” Kamaiyah has been named to the XXL Freshman Class of 2017.
