Josh Gordon is a professional football player currently signed with the Cleveland Browns. He’s 6-foot-3 and a wide receiver. Joshua Caleb Gordon was born on April 13, 1991 in Houston, Texas, to parents Elaine and Herald. He is of Haitian descent. He attended Lamar High School and excelled in a variety of sports including football, basketball and track and field. As a junior, he completed 20 passes for 363 yards and was named a 20-5A first team in the district as a senior.

Gordon continued his education and football career at Baylor University. He was suspended indefinitely in 2011 after testing positive for marijuana. He moved to Utah, but had to miss the 2011 season due to NCAA transfer rules. Gordon was selected by the Cleveland Browns in the second round of the 2012 NFL supplemental draft. His rookie season ended with 50 receptions and five touchdowns for 805 yards. Gordon was named to his first Pro Bowl in December 2013. He was also named to the All-Pro First Team. He finished the 2013 season with an impressive 1,646 receiving yards. He was arrested for DWI in North Carolina in July 2015. He was suspended for the entire 2015 season for violating the NFL’s substance abuse policy.
