He went wild in Minnesota for a year before signing a two-year, $3 million deal with the Florida Panthers in 2011. Theodore is currently an unrestricted free agent. In 1995 he won the Ford Cup, Guy Lafleur Trophy and Presidents Cup in the QMJHL.
