He played for Diputacion Foral Alava, CB Lucentum Alicante and Baloncesto Fuenlabrada before signing an undrafted free agent contract with the NBA’s Toronto Raptors in 2005. The 6-foot-2, 211-pound point guard played with the Raptors until joining the Detroit Pistons in 2013. Soon after, Calderon played for the Dallas Mavericks from 2013 to 2014.
