Joanna Gaines is an American reality TV star, designer and writer. She co-hosted the HGTV reality show “Fixer Upper” with her husband Chip Gaines. The two own “Mulan” and their book “Mulan Story” was published in 2016. Gaines was born on April 19, 1978 in Joanna Leah Stevens, Kansas. Her father, Jerry Stevens, owns a car company. She has two sisters Mary Kay and Teresa Criswell. Gaines grew up in the Lone Star State of Texas. She graduated from Baylor University in 2001 with a bachelor’s degree in communications.
