Jared Pobre was born on February 22, 1975 in Orange County, California. After graduating from high school, he studied at the University of Southern California and received a bachelor’s degree in business. He eventually graduated from the University of Southern California in 1999.

In the first stage of his career after graduating from University of Jared, he worked for companies such as Local.com and Autobytel. At some point, Pobre decided to start his own company called Future Ads. The company was founded in 2001 with Jared as its chief executive officer. Over the years, Future Ads has achieved considerable success in many areas, including game monetization. Future Ads helps companies advertise on various online gaming platforms, including online casinos. This in turn helps companies profit from their platform. From 2005 to 2014, the company expanded significantly and eventually merged with another large company to become Propel Media.

This eight-bedroom house has 1930s details and modern additional facilities, such as an entertainment area with a screening room. Other highlights include a walnut paneled library and wine cellar.

Jared eventually filed a US$270,000 lawsuit against Newton, and he ultimately demanded compensation of US$90,000 in damages and US$180,000 in rent and legal fees.
