James Carpenter net worth
James Carpenter Net Worth: James Carpenter is an American football player who has a net worth of $9.6 million. He plays the offensive lineman position. James Carpenter was born on March 22, 1989 in Augusta, Georgia. After high school, he was a 2-star recruit for Rivals.com and Scout.com. Prior to his official visit, he was committed to Iowa, but due to academic difficulties, the Cyclones placed him at Coffeyville Community College.
Carpenter spent two seasons at Coffeyville and made enough progress that Scout.com and Rivals.com listed him as a four-star recruit. He started every game for the Red Ravens and earned league-wide honors in both seasons. He was also named to the NJCAA All-American First Team in 2008. Carpenter was still an Iowa signatory, but he visited other schools and eventually committed to Alabama. Carpenter’s stock has surged after two solid seasons (and a stellar playoff performance) with the Crimson Tide, who was selected by the Seattle Seahawks with the 25th overall pick in the 2011 NFL draft. He started nine games as a rookie before ending his season with an ACL injury. Injuries limited him to just seven games in 2012, all of which he started. In 2013, he played in all 16 games for the Seahawks, starting 10 of them.
