Before that, she served as the White House’s director of strategic communications. She also served as press secretary during Trump’s 2016 presidential campaign. Hope Charlotte Hicks was born on October 21, 1988 in Greenwich, Connecticut. Her parents are Kay and Paul. She has an older sister named Mary Grace. Hicks attended Greenwich High School, followed by Southern Methodist University. She graduated in 2010 with a BA in English. She also played hockey throughout high school and college.
