Fredo Santana is an American Trap/drill rapper and music producer. He is best known for his album Trappin Ain’t Dead (2013), which was released by his own label Savage Squad Records. His outstanding singles include “Bird Talk”, “It’s Only Right” and “Jealous” starring Kendrick Lamar. He belongs to the collective Glory Boyz Entertainment (GBE). Santana was born on July 4, 1990 in Derrick Coleman in Chicago, Illinois. He is the cousin of Chicago rapper Chief Keef.

Santana started his rap career in his early 20s. His first mixtape It’s a Scary Site was released in 2012. It includes guest verses by Lil Reese, King L, Lil Durk and others. Rapper Tory Lanez appears in the song “We On Our Way”. Santana appeared with Travis Scott in the single “Familiar” of Ty Dolla Sign. His other projects include Ain’t No Money Like Trap Money (2015), Plugged In (2017) and Fredo Kruger 2 (2017). He recorded the tape with 808 Mafia, Fredo Mafia (2016).
