Mr Banuelos joined the ranks of billionaires a few years ago with the founding of the real estate company Astroc Mediterraneo SA. In fact, a year after the company debuted on the Spanish stock exchange in 2006, Banuelos became a billionaire with a net worth of $7.7 billion.
