Rieder started his skateboarding career at the age of 9. In 2006, he turned pro after performing in Transworld Skateboarding’s “A Time To Shine” video. Rieder worked for skateboard company Alien Workshop from 2006 to 2013. Over the years, his sponsors have included HUF, Spitfire, MOB, Jack’s Garage and Thunder. Rieder played in the Street League from 2010 to 2013. He represented the United States at the Summer X Games. He placed 12th at the 2013 Barcelona X Games. Rieder had a small role in the 2003 comedy film Grind. Other notable videos include Thrasher – Shotgun (2006), Gravis – Dylan (2010) and Supreme – Cherry (2014).
