Dudson Net Worth: The Dudesons are a Finnish stunt band consisting of four people with a net worth of $2 million. Passionate about skateboarding, snowboarding and downhill mountain biking, the Dudesons began performing in their native Finland in the 1990s. Team members Jukka Hilden, Jarno “Jappi” Leppälä, Jarno Laasala and Hannu-Pekka “HP” Parviainen are all from the Finnish town of Seinäjoki and became best friends in elementary school.
The Dudesons, or “Four Guys from the Arctic Circle” as they call themselves, started filming themselves when Laasala got a camera in the early 1990s. When the pranks and stunts became more extreme, they edited the videos and started selling VHS tapes. This is how they started gaining popularity in their town. In 2000, the crew started their own video production through their own production company, Rabbit Films. The series began airing in January 2001 and became Seinäjoki’s most popular show. By September 2001, they had moved from local television to national Finnish television. When they filmed four seasons of their show (2001-2004), they decided to go international by making English-language videos. The English programme premiered in Australia in February 2006. It premiered on SpikeTV in the United States in July 2006. By 2007, the first season had aired in 22 different countries, making it the most successful Finnish TV show. By 2010 it had aired in more than 150 countries. American Dodson was acquired by MTV and began airing in May 2010. A film called The Duderson Movie was released in Finland in 2005 and then in the United States in July 2006. The film was a modest success, but won the “Audience Favorite Movie” award in Finland.
