Dua Lipa is a British singer, songwriter and model of Albanian origin. She is fortunate to have three different singles on the charts at the same time in the UK. She was born on August 22, 1995 in London, England. Dua was raised by Kosovo Albanian parents. When she was very young, she shuttled back and forth between Kosovo and England, and finally settled in London at the age of fifteen. She grew up with Dukagjin, the father of a Kosovo singer, and developed her taste in music. Dua thinks her father is her biggest source of inspiration. In London, she attended Sylvia Youth Drama School. At the age of 14, she started making YouTube covers for famous artists such as Christina Aguilera, Pink and Nelly Furtado.
