Don Q is an American rapper and songwriter from the Bronx, New York. He has collaborated with A Boogie wit da Hoodie on “Bag on Me”, “Yeah Yeah” and “Bando”. His name is Le Quincy Anderson and he was born on April 28, 1990 in New York City. He grew up in the Gaoqiao neighborhood of the Bronx. As early as the fifth grade, Anderson was attracted to rap music. However, it wasn’t until high school that he began to take rap games seriously. It includes guest verses by Fabolous, Styles P, Jadakiss and Dave East. The production team brags about Murda Beatz, Scott Storch and Ness. In August 2017, an improved version of the tape was released as “Corner Stories Reloaded”.
Don Q appeared in the singles “Somebody” and “Money Sprung” on A Boogie’s album The Bigger Artist (2017). His 8 single EP Don Talk premiered in March 2018. Among them were guests from Pusha T, Desiigner and Tee Grizzley. Highbridge and Atlantic released the second part of the “Don Season” mixtape in August 2018. It is led by the single “Yeah Yeah” featuring 50 Cent and A Boogie. Don Q ended 2018 with his underestimated EP. The project used Q Money and G Herbo in the tracks of “Can’t Slip” and “Independent” respectively.
