Darius Wilson (born July 29, 1997), known professionally as the barbarian Darius, is an American rapper, songwriter and fashion model. Darius is from St. Charles, Missouri, and later moved to Miami, Florida. When he was a student at Homestead High School, he began to rap with his friends. He didn’t start his modeling career until his freshman year in college. Darius first attracted people’s attention with his debut singles “Shae” and “Bonafide”. Both tracks were released in 2019 and received positive reviews.

In 2019, after moving to New York City at the age of 19, Darius released his first professional music single “Shae”. It was made by Jab, a native of Brooklyn. His follow-up single “Bonafide” was released in July 2019. Darius’s career has made him appear in many international editorials. He has worked with famous designers in New York City, such as Olivia Blanc and Willy Chavarria.
