Dalex is an urban Latin singer, songwriter and composer from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. His name is Pedro David Daleccio Torres and he was born on October 7, 1990 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He spent his childhood in Juana Diaz, Puerto Rico.
