Clint Eastwood is an American actor and Oscar-winning film director. He was born in San Francisco, California on May 31, 1930, but grew up in Piedmont. His mother Margaret worked at IBM, and his father Clinton Sr. was a steel worker. He has a younger sister named Jenny. Eastwood attended Seattle University before enlisting in the army. He is stationed in Zumtobel, California, as a lifeguard and swimming instructor.

Eastwood began to play small film roles until he played “Rowdy Yates” in the Western TV series “Raw Skins” (1959-1965).
