She played Wednesday Adams in the 2009 Broadway musical “The Addams Family.” She is best known as a regular on the second (and final) season of the 2013 NBC series Smash.

At the age of 13, she began to learn dance. After traveling to New York and seeing eight Broadway shows, she began to realize that performers had to sing and act like they danced, so Rodriguez took singing and acting lessons.
