Charlie Puth is an American singer, songwriter and music producer. He first gained fame by posting song covers and comedy videos on YouTube. His studio albums include Nine Track Mind (2016) and Voicenotes (2018). Charles Otto Puth Jr. was born on December 2, 1991 in Ramson, New Jersey. His mother Debra is a music teacher, and his father Charles is a real estate agent. He has two siblings, twins Stephen and Michaela. Puth attended the Rumson-Fair Haven area high school and the preparatory course of the Manhattan Conservatory of Music. He graduated from Berkeley College of Music in 2013 with a bachelor’s degree in music production, songwriting and engineering.
