He made his first appearance as Matt Macaulay in the 1990 film Men Don’t Leave. He went on to star in films like Dick Tracy, Heatwave, How’s Bob? , The Doctor, Hooker, and Can’t Wait.
Charlie won the Young Artist Award in 1993 for Outstanding Young Collective Actor in Hooker’s film.
