Chanel West Coast is an American rapper, singer/songwriter, model and TV presenter. She is very popular in the TV show Rob Dyrdek’s Fantasy Factory, Absurdity and Love and Hip Hop: Hollywood. Her recordings include mixtapes, Now You Know (2013) and Waves (2015). Chanel was originally named Chelsea Chanel Dudley and was born on September 1, 1988 in Los Angeles, California. Her childhood was spent between North Hollywood (and her mother) and New York City (and her father). As a child, she participated in dancing and singing courses.

One of her earliest songs “Melting Like Ice Cream” was played by Tiffanie Anderson as the guest lead singer. Chanel briefly signed with Polow da Don’s record company “Zone 4” in 2011. Her next record contract was signed with Lil Wayne’s Young Money Entertainment in 2012. Subsequently, she released her first mixing tape, Now You Know, in July 2013. The tape featured guests Ty Dolla Sign, Snoop Dogg, French Montana and others. It was supported by the “Now You Know” and “Punch Drunk Love” tours.

Chanel appeared in the song “Hittin Like” in the compilation “Young Money: Rise of an Empire” (2014). Her second solo mixing tape, Waves, was released in August 2015. It features rapper YG in the track “I like new”. Chanel is currently working on her first studio album. The first three songs of the project are “Blueberry Chills”, “New Feeling” and “Miles and Miles”. In 2018, she released the single “Where We Go”. Her two latest singles “Nobody” (2018) and “The Middle” (2019) were released by 432 Entertainment.
