Carr played Dr. Norris in Going to Extremes from 1992 to 1993. He played Mayor Christian Davidson in EZ Streets from 1996 to 1997 and Dr. Miles Hawkins in MANTIS from 1994 to 1997. From 2001, Lumbly voiced the animated series Justice League until 2006. That same year, he played Marcus Dixon in the TV series Alias.
