Profession
Boutros Boutros-Ghali expanded his political career during Anwar El Sabat’s presidency. In 1977, he was appointed Minister of State for Foreign Affairs of Egypt. As head of the United Nations, Boutros Boutros-Ghali became an important promoter of international peace.
